ABOUT

Charity Pennock, ACC

Founder/Principal

Charity is a trusted executive coach and advisor to senior leaders and leadership teams in mission-driven organizations particularly those in clean energy and public service.

She spent over 20 years building organizations, launching programs, and managing complex initiatives at the intersection of business, government, and nonprofits. That work taught her how to see past what leaders say the problem is to what’s actually getting in the way – and how to help them build the capacity to solve it.

Charity is an International Coaching Federation Associate Certified Coach, a Gestalt International Study Center Certified Coach, and a Leadership Circle Profile Certified Practitioner.

Charity enjoys hiking, reading, traveling, and spending time with her family. She lives in Charlottesville, Virginia, with her husband Andy and their four boys.
