Charity Pennock
Principal
Charity is a seasoned professional with over 20 years’ experience in director and management positions. Charity’s career has been based at the intersection of business and the nonprofit sectors in the areas of clean energy, economic development, entrepreneurship, and technology. She has built organizations, launched new programs, and worked across sectors including corporate, government, higher education and non-profit partners and clients. These experiences helped Charity to use and refine her abilities in seeing the big picture, understanding people’s motivations, asking important questions, creating actionable plans, and walking with people through conflict and emotionally taxing situations. Charity is a certified coach through the ICF-accredited Gestalt International Study Center.
Charity enjoys hiking, reading, traveling, and spending time with her family. She lives in Charlottesville, Virginia, with her husband Andy and their four boys.
Andy Pennock
Principal
Andy is an associate professor of public policy at the University of Virginia’s Batten School of Leadership and Public Policy.
Andy loves adventuring with his four boys in and around Charlottesville. He and his wife, Charity, love to cook, read, garden, travel and have good conversation whenever they can.
