Cancellation Policy *

Tuition refunds are available up until 30 days prior to a program start date. When cancellation is made with notice of 30 days or less, tuition will not be refunded. Tuition is transferrable to other qualified applicants within 14 days of program start date.

Attendance Policy *

Attendance at all training sessions is essential for both your own learning and the success of the cohort. Your presence contributes to the shared experience and discussions that make this program valuable. If an emergency arises and you are unable to participate, please contact the North Street Group as soon as possible. PowerUp 2025-26 training dates are: September 22-23, 2025 * November 17-18, 2025 * February 2-3, 2026.
